Barb is passionate about helping you reach your fitness and athletic goals, whether you are new to fitness or an athlete looking to improve performance. She is a UFC veteran and a world championed mixed martial artist. Having competed at the highest levels in her sport, she understands the importance of conditioning and sport specific training to optimize athletic efficiency.  She holds a masters degree in genetics and is an ACE certified personal trainer. 

Main focuses:
General strength and conditioning, sports specific conditioning and athletic training including stability, mobility, speed, power, agility, strength, endurance and flexibility

Endurance running, mountain sports, sailing, SCUBA, Brazilian jujitsu, wrestling, MMA, Dutch-Thai kickboxing and boxing
